The club also offers golf instruction via the Golf Academy at Troon North, under the stewardship of Director of Instruction, Doug Hammer. Members of all ages may take advantage of one-on-one training from instructors to improve their skills and experience everything Troon North has to offer.

- Browns Ranch Summit and Trailhead. This 3-mile trail is in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve near Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s a moderately challenging route for hiking, running, and walking and takes about an hour and a half to complete. The trail has captivating views of the Sonoran desert and is lined with native flora and rocky outcrops. You may also encounter local fauna, including turkey vultures, grey foxes, and mule deer.
The trailhead features exhibits of the human history of the Preserve and also serves as a major access point to other trails in the area. Its amenities include parking, restrooms, shade ramadas, and water.
- Pima-Dynamite Trailhead. One of the newest trailheads in the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, this is located on the northeast corner of Pima Road and Dynamite Boulevard. It serves as a major access point to other trails in the area where you may go hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The trailhead features a covered amphitheater, shade ramadas, restrooms, and parking lots for vehicles and equestrians.
